ERKINA HOUSE is a two storey traditional house which has been completely renovated and consists of a very nice guestroom on the ground floor with a small kitchenette and wc/shower. Furnishing is according to traditional Corfian style. Two windows offer partial seaview. The room has its own independent entrance. The distance from the beach is approximately 30 m.
On the upper floor there is a large Studio which has been elegantly furnished and can accommodate up to 3 persons. (3rd person on sofa).
Studio has a fully furnished kitchen with a wc/shower. A large balcony offers seaview and it's an ideal spot where the visitor can relax and enjoy a drink or just read a book.
Both units characterized by the old romantic Corfian elegance. Units can either be rentered one by one or both. They have independent entrances.

All prices are quoted in EUR and are PER VILLA PER DAY.
All payments should be made by bank deposit free of bank expenses.
30% advance payment of the total cost requested and the balance must be deposited 25 days before arrival.
ERKINA VILLAS reserves the right to cancel reservations or refuse to honour vouchers if the agreed payment will not reach us on time.
