Villa “NIOVI”, consists of 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen area connected with a furnished living room. There are also two separate bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms each one with its own direct access to the garden and villa's pivate pool in front. Through a staircase a thrird bedroom with en suite wc/shower can be accessed on the first floor which has it’s own veranda with views of the village and the sea. The fourth bedroom is “coolest” one and it is located in the semibasement area. It has en suite wc/shower and direct access to the lawn garden and villa's private pool.
